Q. How often should I get my windows cleaned?

A. That all depends on your personal preference. A Rule of thumb is twice a year or every 6 months. But I have clients that get them cleaned monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Q. Do you have insurance?

A. Yes! You can see my Tax License and Insurance on the Lic and Ins page. No one should be doing any work on your property without insurance.

Q. Do you clean screens?

A. Yes, we do a once over with our brush or towel depending on severity of dust. We also do a screen detailing upon request for an additional cost.

Q. Do I have to be home and if so how long does it take?

A. We recommend that someone is home for our first cleaning with you. However no one needs to be home when we clean the outside. If you need to run errands, you can feel free to lock up the house while we clean the outside. We may need to remove screens from the inside before you leave though and the average cleaning takes 3-4 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do your prices compare?

A. I don't always have the lowest prices but I don't have the highest either. There is a reason I am the most sought after window cleaner in Manhattan Beach and soon all of Los Angeles. I pay extra for insurance, payroll, and proper equipment. I am the Range Rover of window cleaners. You get what you pay for. But I want you as a client, so get another quote and I I'll match or beat it!
